Bonding:
Cosmetic Bonding applies composite resin to the surface of the tooth to improve appearance or to restore the tooth to its original, healthy state.
Using the techniques of cosmetic bonding, Dr. Beers is able to:
- repair chips and cracks
- close gaps between teeth
- fill cavities in front teeth,
- protect exposed root surfaces
- reshape crooked or twisted teeth
- add length to worn teeth for a more youthful smile.
We are also able to treat “baby bottle syndrome” effectively and beautifully without unsightly metal crowns on front teeth.
Bonding can usually be completed in one appointment. Very little of the original tooth structure is removed, making it the most conservative restoration available in dentistry today. Cosmetic bonding results in a beautiful, younger-looking smile. The repair is long-lasting and the impact will be immediate.

Crowns
Dental crowns cover the entire surface of a tooth and add strength, durability and tooth stability. Grinding your teeth, an improper bite, aging, old fillings and tooth decay can all be contributing factors in the wearing down, cracking or breaking of teeth. Crowns can be used to restore a cracked or broken tooth, cover a discolored or misshapen tooth, cover a dental implant, or protect a tooth which has been treated with a root canal. Dr. Beers is proud to offer state-of-the-art, natural-looking, ceramic crowns. These beautiful restorations are created in the laboratory, specifically for each patient, matching the shade and contours of their natural teeth while restoring their beautiful smile.
Veneers
Veneers are custom-made, tooth-colored porcelain laminates designed to cover the front portion of a tooth. They are the cure for teeth that are severely discolored, chipped, cracked, misshapen or crooked, and for the correction of unwanted or uneven spaces between teeth. Veneers are customized to match the color of your existing teeth or you may choose to create a whiter smile by combining tooth whitening with your new veneers. In many cases you can have a great smile with perfectly aligned teeth in a matter of weeks instead of the months or years required when straightening teeth with braces. Your custom veneers are fabricated in a laboratory using the shades and contours prescribed by Dr. Beers. Porcelain veneers are extremely conservative and beautiful restorations. Once completed, your veneers will look natural and feel like your own teeth – only more beautiful.
Inlays and Onlays
Similar to a crown, an inlay/onlay is a porcelain restoration created in a laboratory specifically for you. It is, however, a much more conservative restoration and only covers the part of the tooth which has cracked or been affected by decay. This option is used when more than a filling is needed, but less than a full coverage crown will do. Inlays/onlays make it possible to replace old, unsightly silver fillings with beautiful tooth-colored restorations, designed perfectly to match your natural teeth. With inlay/onlay technology we create porcelain restorations that revive the natural strength, function and appearance of your tooth for a beautiful smile.
